Protein-packed Nutty Sweet potato

(Paleo, Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Vegan, Plant-based) ⁣⁣

Miso Dressing Ingredients
-1 sweet potato
-1 tbsp of almond butter
-1 tsp of coconut oil (Optional)
-1 tbsp pecans
-A dash of true cinnamon

Directions
-Bake your sweet potato for 35-40+ min on 425°F
-Cut in half add a tbsp of almond butter
-Add a tsp of coconut oil (Optional)
-Add a few pecans
-And a dash of true cinnamon
-Bake for another 2-3 minutes
